It is natural to have LOTS of questions when it comes to the repair of your vehicle. Here are just a few of the questions we feel are important for you to know the answers to. 

Q:  Can I repair my car anywhere I want? 

A:  Yes-It is your car and your choice. Your insurance company cannot tell you where to get your car repaired   

Q: Who & Where do I pay my deductible to?  

A: You can pay your deductible at the shop, upon delivery.   

Q: What is your warranty on your repair work? 

A: We offer a lifetime warranty on all our repairs, for as long as you own the vehicle. 

Q: Do I need three estimates? 

A: No, there is no law requiring you to get more then one estimate.    

Q: Does the insurance company pay me or does the shop? 

A: Often, insurance companies will send the proceeds directly to the owner with certain exceptions. Those are (1) If prior arrangements are made for payments to be made directly to the shop or (2) If the shop is set up for direct payments from specific insurance companies. 

Q.  What if my check has a lien holder?

A. If your check has a lien holder please notify us immediately. While getting a lien holder endorsement is the customer's respsonsibilty, in most cases we can get you the assistance you need. This will allow your  check from the lien holder to be endorsed in time for you to pick up your vehichle upon completion of repairs.

Q.  Am I entitled to a rental car?

A. If you are a claiment (the accident was not your fault) your insurance company should provide you with a rental car.  If you have rental coverage you need to check with your agent about the options provided to you. If you have no rental coverage, please ask one of our service advisors and they can inform you about our service car eligibility
